This patient presented with severe difficulty breathing through her nose. She was a very challenging case as she was found to have a severely overdeveloped cartilaginous lower nose with cartilage bending into the nostrils. Her frontal view shows the severely overdeveloped and asymmetric cartilage. The lateral view shows the nose to be over projected (tip too big) and an upturned nose. Her post-surgical views show the nose much straighter with correction of the cartilage asymmetry. The lateral view shows the reduction in nasal size and decreased rotation of the nasal tip.
