Rhinoplasty/Septoplasty
This 36 year-old female presents to clinic interested in improving the cosmetic appearance of her nose as well as her nasal breathing. She was found to have a significantly deviated nasal septum causing her nasal obstruction. Cosmetically the patient also had a dorsal hump and a hanging columella. She elected to proceed with an open rhinoplasty with nasal septal correction, placement of spreader grafts and cosmetic alterations.
Her frontal views demonstrate the improvement in the deviation of her nose which now has much improved symmetry both in the dorsum and tip. The lateral view shows the dorsal hump removal with a nice dorsal tip relationships and her columella has been raised giving her an overall much improved profile.
