This 32 year old female desired cosmetic improvement for her nose. On frontal view she was unhappy with the wide-narrow-wide appearance of the nasal dorsum from glabella to tip. On lateral view she felt the tip was droopy and did not like the hump and on base view the nostrils where asymmetric.
Following rhinoplasty, her 6 month post-operative frontal view shows a much improved dorsal line. The dorsum is straight and starts at a narrow point superiorly which gently slopes into the tip. Her lateral view shows improvement in her projection and rotation of the nasal tip with elimination of the dorsal hump and a pleasing dorsal profile. Her base view shows that the nostrils are now symmetric.
