Rhinoplasty
This 32 year old female desired cosmetic improvement of her nasal appearance. She desired refinement of her nasal tip and adjustment of her dorsal tip relationship with preservation of the overall ethnic appearance.
Her frontal view demonstrated refinement of the nasal tip with preservation of the nasal width and overall improvement in nasal proportion. The lateral view demonstrates maintenance of her already well rotated and projected tip with reduction of the dorsum to maintain a strong ethnic appearance, but reduce the nose so that it now blends proportionally to itself and the rest of the face.
