This patient presented to Dr. Smith to discuss concerns of platysmal banding, neck laxity, jowling, deep perioral rhytids, and lower eyelid fat bags. To address her concerns Dr. Smith performed a lower eyelid blepharoplasty with transposition of the fat to fill in the hollows under the eyes, a limited incision dee p plane facelift to address neck laxity and jowling, and a peri – oral CO2 skin resurfacing. On her after photos you can note the improvement in jaw line, under eye hollows, and improvement in the wrinkles around her mouth.
