This patient desired to reduce both the prominence of the ear itself, but also the prominence of the earlobe, which has been elongated with earring wear and time. She underwent bilateral and earlobe reduction. Her photos demonstrate the nice improvement in both the overall prominence of the ear, but also the reduction in earlobe size.
