Upper Eyelid Blepharoplasty, Facial Fat Transfer, Lower Facelift and Fraxel Laser.
This 51 year old patient presented with concerns over the aging appearance ofher face as well as acne scarring. On evaluation she was felt to have good brow position, but have redundant upper eyelid skin. The aging appearance of her lower eyelid was felt to be due to loss of cheek and orbital rim volume. She additionally had jowling and laxity in the neck skin.
To address her concerns she chose to undergo an upper eyelid blepharoplasty, facial fat transfer, lower facelift and a series of Fraxel laser treatments.
Her frontal view demonstrates the global overall improvement in her appearance that her procedures achieved. Specifically you can see the opening of the eyes, the fullness in the cheeks with the apparent shortening of the lower eyelid height, improvement in the perioral lines and folds, and improvement in both facial lines as well as her acne scarring.
Her oblique views demonstrate the improvements as described above, but highlight best the improvement in the cheek contours and lower lid appearance and the improvement in the acne scars and lines from the Fraxel laser.
The lateral view best shows the improvement in the jawline and neck from the lower facelift.
