This patient in her mid-50s consulted with Dr. Frey about her concerns with the aging appearance of her lower face and neck. She had a previous history of upper blepharoplasty and tear trough implants at another practice. She felt she still had prominent facial volume loss and desired a more youthful lower face and neckline. To address her concerns, Dr. Frey performed a full lower deep plane facelift and neck lift to raise the descended tissue, and a full-face fat transfer to eliminate the hollowing causing undesirable shadowing under her eyes. Upon review of her after photos taken at her 3-month post-op appointment, the results are remarkable. Her beauty has been restored. She now appears rested and refreshed.
