This patient presented to Dr. Smith with concerns of tired appearance around her eyes as well as pigmentation and texture of her skin. She underwent eyelid surgery to remove excess skin of the upper eyelids, smoothing and repositioning of the fat pads under her eyes, and chemical peel to address her skin concerns. Her after photos demonstrate rejuvenation of her skin and her eyes, making for a natural result.
