This patient in his early 70s consulted with Dr. Frey regarding concerns with his heavy upper eyelids, noting that they impacted his vision and caused his eyelashes to stick into his eyes. Upon physical examination, the patient presented with slightly low eyebrows and significant bilateral upper eyelid skin. To address these concerns, Dr. Frey performed a bilateral upper blepharoplasty. At his three-month follow-up, the patient was happy with his refreshed results.
