This patient in his early 60s with history as multiple non-surgical aesthetic treatments including Hyaluronic acid filler, BOTOX®, and several lasers consulted with Dr. Erin Smith about a more comprehensive and permanent solution for his excess neck skin and drooping eyes. Upon examination, Dr. Smith found lower face volume decent and cervical laxity as well as upper eyelid dermatochalasis. Ultimately, the patient elected to proceed with Dr. Smith's recommendations for a deep plane lower facelift and upper blepharoplasty. Upon review of the patient's 3 month post-op photos, his results are remarkable. A noticeable improvement to the lower face and neck is evident as well as natural brightening of his eyes. The patient appears to be younger and more refreshed while still maintaing his natural appearance.
