This patient presented to Dr. Smith with concerns for skin laxity around the neck and jawline as well as upper eyelid heaviness. She had previously used neuromodulators which were not giving her the result she desired. After her consultation she elected to undergo upper blepharoplasty and a limited incision deep plane lower facelift. Note the improvement in skin laxity and upper eyelid heaviness as well as the jawline definition.
