This 45 year-old male underwent excision of a skin cancer via Mohs technique on the left side of his nose. (barely noticeable in the before photos) He was also interested in upper eyelid blepharoplasty. We performed a local flap repair of the nose as well as an upper eyelid blepharoplasty. These photos are presented to demonstrate the blepharoplasty results.
Upon comparing the before and after photos, the upper eyelids are much brighter with more pre-tarsal show. They are natural in appearance however without being hollowed out or artificial in appearance.
