Lower Facelift
This 67-year-old female presented in clinic concerned with the appearance of her lower face and neck. She desired rejuvenation due to lower face aging. Apparent in the patient’s frontal and lateral before photos are significant jowls as well as excessive fatty tissue in the neck area accompanied by extremely loose neck skin and muscular tissue. To address her concerns, the patient chose to undergo a lower facelift with a platysmaplasty.
The after photos demonstrate the significant results of the lower face being tightened and the excess skin removed. The lateral photo illustrates the dramatic difference from the re-contouring of the neck area. The patient is very pleased with her results.
