This 65 year-old female presented in clinic to discuss concerns pertaining to her eyelids, smile lines and lower face. To address her concerns we have discussed upper eyelid blepharoplasty, fat transfer, lower facelift and a medium chin implant. Patient elected to move forward with a facelift only instead of multiple procedures due to limited downtime.
When observing her lateral photos, notice the significant smoother jawline and the natural yet youthful appearance of her neck with her incisions being hardly visible.
