This 70-year-old female presented in clinic with desires to improve her lower face. Upon assessment she was found to have jowling, neck laxity with cervical dystonia as well as facial volume loss to the lower 2/3 of her face. She was also found to have small amounts of redundant eyelid skin on the right upper eye as well as an orbital groove. Patient has declined facial fat transfer or other volume replacement but proceeded with lower facelift.
Her lateral photos best demonstrate her improvement when observing her neck. Notice how the once heavy neck and the jowling to the jawline have been eliminated by doing a Lower Facelift. Her frontal photos demonstrate her overall global improvement. Patient is extremely pleased with her results as her incisions are imperceptible.
