This patient presented to Dr. Smith with concerns for gravitational changes including sagging of her cheeks and neckline. After discussing the options with Dr. Smith, she underwent a deep plane lower facelift with tightening of the neck musculature as well as removal of excess neck and buccal fat. On her frontal, note the improvement in jawline as well as elevation of her natural cheek fat pads. While no procedure was performed on her lower eyelids, by lifting the cheek fat pads, her eyes appear rejuvenated.
